Last year the Jonja.net podcast crew held a panel about all the technologies that sci-fi has prophecized over the years; space travel, cell phones, even medical breakthroughs in cellular regeneration. So much has come to pass that today we take much of it for granted. So what’s left? Come and join in the discussion about the future of the sci-fi genre. Can we keep telling the same stories with the same technologies? Will fantasy fill in the gaps or even replace what we currently think of as “sci-fi”?

Don't let me near the cameras, it's not that I have to touch them or break them, simply don't let me near them, my alien brainwaves cause them to malfunction or at least block any audio from being recorded....
