Eric Shirey, writing for Yahoo! Movies, reports Harlan Ellison's victory in his latest Hollywood lawsuit. Ellison sued New Regency, claiming the current Andrew Niccol film In Time had "obvious similarities" with Ellison's multiple-award-winning short story "'Repent, Harlequin!' Said the Ticktockman" (1965).

Ellison originally sued for compensatory damages while demanding that the film be withdrawn and all copies destroyed, but according to Shirey, he "settled for having his name added to the credits of the film."
