Well the at least a full costume created for The Empire strikes back is.

On November 25, Christie's auction house will auction off an original Darth Vader costume said to from the second Star Wars film. The costume, complete with mask and cape but sans light saber, is being placed for bid by an unknown American collector and is expected to go for at least a quarter million dollars.
