The more I see of this film the more excited I become. I'm truly on board for this one! June can not come soon enough.

Please don't be a PG Please don't be a PG Please don't be a PG....

(UK doesn't have PG-13, we have U, PG, 12, 15, 18)

How does that compare? Would "18" be the equivalent of an "R" in the US. No one under admitted with parent or guardian.

I'm guessing it will at least be a PG-13 here. Wouldn't that be about the same as a "12" or "15"?

I think 18 would be basically equivalent to R, but without the parent proviso. 18 is the highest rating in the UK for mainstream movies (I'm not aware of any other higher rating).

PG here means 'parental guidance'. I'm not sure if a kid has to be a particular minimum age to watch a PG at the cinema without an adult. I would assume that a 12 year old can watch a PG unattended.

Alien is an 18. Batman (Burton direct with Jack Nicholson) is a 15.

18 means no under 18s at all. 15 means no under 15s at all. Then there's a 12, PG, then U.

Is "U" unrated? Here that rating could apply to just about any kind of film. That just means they did not do the voluntary submittable to the ratings board. (Also means it most likely NOT to be found in the mega-plexes.)

Where would the Disney pictures fall? We have a "G", general audiences.

"U" means universally acceptable, so Disney animations would be rated U. There is also "Uc" meaning universal childish, for things like Pingu.

Admittedly that new trailer has just a couple of variations on the old one that I noticed.
