Funny you should mention that, but I bought a rocket blower the day after I bought my camera, for that very reason. I give the lenses a quick blast each time I am changing and so far it seems to be doing the trick great.

Hey everyone, nice images in this thread! I've barely done anything lately I've been so busy, haven't stopped by here in weeks.

Here are a few I took at Lake Catherine very early this morning, I went out there at about 6:00 AM to catch the morning light. Hope you like them.

Still trying to get to grips with this, but here's an awsome sunset I captured...

I just love the depth and strength of the colours. It's straight from the camera aside from reduction in size for web.

I've been way busy with some family problems, so I haven't been able to shoot much, or anything else recreational for that matter.

Gentlemen;
I'm doing some experimenting here. I just renewed my subscription on my Pbase account, and I thinking about re-doing my better galleries at larger size. Everything on my account is at default compression, which is a really small file size. I get 500MB of space and I'm only currently using 5MB. I uploaded the attached at 1280x1024 resolution, no other compression. What do you guys think of the size? Obviously you have to click on it to view it at 1280x1024. Should I go wider?

I really like the 1st shot in the 2nd post.

In regards to the photo resolution. I'd try to keep it below 1024 x 768 if not 800 x 600.
As much as I would love everyone to use a 1920 x 1200 screen, that isn't going to happen.
So we still need to watch out for the lone 800 x 600 user and the like.

Is the second one IR or just a red filter?

Hey Bull,
The second one is just a red mobo lol.
The only PP was a little straightening, small crop, tad bit of levels and then a little noise reduction.
