Holy CRAP Rick!
Another prime example that Rick will do ANYTHING to protect him and his group. My how far this man has come.
The 1st kill didn't surprise that much, the 2nd however... A little heartless even for him.

Severed heads in fish tanks?? Freakin' weird!

OK, question.. How do you think Merle will react when he is reunited with the old gang? Do you think he has worked through hist racist nature the way Daryl has? Do you think T-Dog's days are numbered?

Would you want your kingdom taken away by the previous government's military or he heard stories of the military executing civilians.

Holy CRAP!! That just happened.

Click to Read Spoiler:
While I may not have actually liked Lori, I liked what she brought to the story. This is HUGE!
Right when Rick was finding a little ray of confirmation that he was doing right by everyone BAM! Literally!

Can't believe Tdog finally went down. He has been around so much longer than I ever thought he would.. Still, I guess this eliminates the odd reunion between himself and Merle.

What do you think this will do to Carl? I think this will actually push him further away from his father and might make an enemy out of Maggie.

I'm a little shocked they took her out. I liked her in the story as well and frankly I liked her straight up. I was impressed at how they did that whole scene as well. Enough to get the point across visually and emotionally without being cheesy or gratuitous.

Shooting your mother in the head = large therapist bills...

That was one freaking outstanding episode that blew my mind into tiny little pieces

Seems like the group will start to splinter or the "new" guys will help it hold together, but this was shocking in any way you can be shocked.....wow....just wow!! =D>

Wow. Just wow! Just finished Episode 5 and if this stuff keeps up I may need to keep a therapist on call when I watch!

Holy crap!! Kid zombie! Kid zombie! He was brushing the hair of his kid zombie! Creeeeeepy.

Love where Rick is right now. Completely gone!

Help me out though... They dug 3 graves. Not much point in digging them if there isn't a body to put in them. So is Carol actually dead? Did we see this and I missed it? What about Lori? Did they collect the body or are we to assume something else happened to it? I'm confused.

I was confused too. Had to go "out-of-band" and read some fan commentary to make sense of a few things in this episode. I get the impression that a lot of things got left on the editing room floor that would have made this story a little clearer. This is the first time I have found an episode of TWD lacking in its _storytelling_ since the season 1 finale. That's actually an amazing accomplishment.

Click to Read Spoiler:
I don't think Carol is dead. Just a hunch (and the fact that they have never written _anyone_ out of the series without a gruesome final scene). I can't explain why Glenn would have the prisoners dig a grave and then fill it back in until they were sure it wasn't needed tho. I think the writers may be messing with us (or there really is some important stuff being swept off the floor at AMC).

From what I gather, we are to understand that Lori was *_eaten_* after Carl and Maggie (and baby A-Kicker) left. I didn't get it either. I was asking "Did Carl miss?", "Did Lori turn?". The zombie _looked_ pregnant but was dressed wrong to be Lori. When I first watched the scene, I thought Rick had lost it and was hallucinating/imagining the whole thing. And the phone ringing didn't convince me otherwise.

You can't eat a WHOLE woman! Not even a skinny chick like Lori.

The show afterward explained that the hair sticking out of the bloated zombie's mouth was Lori's and in next weeks trailer it looks like they find Carol's knife stuck in a zombie so she might be alive somewhere...if this turns out to be another dragged out search for her (like it was with her daughter) ](*,)

I'm still wondering how the prison guards with the riot gear died....it also appeared that during the final days at the prison some of the prisoners where executed since their hands were bound.

Thought I read somewhere a few months back that there is a character known as the warden.. Am I wrong about that? Maybe I'm just confusing something with the Governor.
