Regular visitors know that Jonja's biggest convention of the year has been the Denver entertainment con Starfest. This year will be no different!
It isn't till April and already some fantastic guests are being lined up!
Jonathan Frakes was going to attend last year but had to bow out at the last minute due to work schedules. David Prowse was also going to attend but health issues forced him to cancel as well. They promised to return and make up for it the following year and they are keeping they're promises!
Just last week it was announced that joining the festivities is Jewel Staite! That right there is a party and there are still more to come!
We are still early in the grand scheme of conventions so I'm sure more guests, and who know what else, will be coming soon!
We will keep announcing the news and guests list as we learn more.

OK, I missed this in the theaters but heard OK things about. Heard it was worth a viewing, heard it was what you might expect it to be, well... they were right. However...
I completely loved this film!
Yes, it is Rocky with robots. Yes, it was a sappy story of a guy connecting with his long abandoned son. Yes, it was a movie about a scrappy upstart rising to take on the impossible. I didn't care. I just didn't care. I loved it. There is a reason that kind of story is told over and over, its a good story!

The Cincinnati Comic Expo always has maintained the goal to “make next year bigger and better than the previous year.”
For 2012, in only its 3rd year of existence, the Cincinnati Comic Expo is taking its largest leap to date and hosting the show on September 22nd and 23rd, a Saturday and a Sunday!
